What does 5% mean in real money?
On a typical A$60 Australian Flex block, you pay A$3 to FlexGuru and keep A$57. On a chunky A$120 block, you pay A$6. The fee is always 5% of the block's published pay value — never more, never a surprise. We round to the nearest cent at charge time.
What's the 5% commission actually on?
Only completed blocks. If FlexGuru grabs a $120 block and you successfully deliver it, you pay us $6. If you decline the block, FlexGuru fails to grab it, or Amazon cancels it, you pay nothing. No subscriptions. No monthly minimums. No charges if you stop driving.
What happens during the 3-day free trial?
Full access. Every feature. No credit card upfront. After 3 days you decide if you want to keep going — if yes, we collect 5% on future grabbed blocks; if no, your account pauses and you owe nothing.
Are there any subscription fees or monthly minimums?
Zero. There are no subscription fees, no monthly charges, no setup fees, and no minimum spend. You pay 5% only on blocks FlexGuru grabs and you complete. Skip a block, forfeit it, take a week off — you pay nothing.
Can I forfeit a block I accidentally grabbed?
Yes — one tap. Our auto-forfeit feature releases the block back to Amazon before the cancellation penalty window kicks in. Useful if FlexGuru grabbed something unusual or you've had a life event.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up and explore the dashboard without a card. A payment card is required before the bot can start grabbing blocks for you — and even then, you're only charged after a block is grabbed and completed.
Is this against Amazon's rules? Could I get banned?
Be honest with yourself here: Amazon's Flex Terms of Service do prohibit third-party automation, and using any bot — ours or anyone else's — carries a real, non-zero risk to your account. We won't pretend otherwise, and we don't offer a ban guarantee. What we do offer is a 7-layer safety stack built to behave like a careful human and to hard-stop the moment Amazon's responses look like detection (a captcha, a 429 throttle, a redirect).
