Who we are
FlexGuru is operated by FlexGuru Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901), incorporated in New South Wales, Australia. In these Terms, “FlexGuru”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to FlexGuru Pty Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the account holder.
You can reach us at support@flexguru.app or via the contact details on our contact page.
What FlexGuru does
FlexGuru is a cloud-hosted automation tool that helps Amazon Flex drivers discover and accept delivery block offers more quickly than refreshing the Flex mobile app by hand. Once you connect your Amazon Flex account, our system polls Amazon’s public driver-facing endpoints on your behalf using a per-user residential proxy, applies the filters you configure, and accepts blocks that match your rules.
The service operates in regions where Amazon Flex itself operates — primarily Australia, with support for the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Availability of specific features may vary by region.
Your account
To use FlexGuru, you must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Amazon Flex driver account in good standing, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for keeping your FlexGuru password and any 2FA factors secure.
- You must provide accurate registration information (email, country, optional phone).
- You may not share your FlexGuru account with another person, including spouses or partners — each driver needs their own account.
- You must notify us promptly at support@flexguru.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Your Amazon Flex account — assumption of risk
This is the most important clause in these Terms. Read it carefully.
Amazon’s terms of service for drivers prohibit the use of automation tools, and Amazon actively tries to detect and block them. FlexGuru runs a multi-layer safety engine — residential proxy rotation, device-fingerprint matching, human-like timing, and encrypted-at-rest session tokens — that is designed to reduce the risk of detection. We put real engineering time into keeping it current. It lowers the risk; it does not remove it.
With that in mind:
- We can’t guarantee your Amazon account will never be suspended, deactivated, or terminated — and we don’t. Amazon makes that call, and it can act for reasons that have nothing to do with FlexGuru.
- The account is yours. You, not FlexGuru, hold the relationship with Amazon — we’re not a party to it.
- You use FlexGuru at your own risk, and you accept that no automation tool can make a Flex account impossible to detect.
- To the maximum extent the law allows, FlexGuru is not liable for any action Amazon takes against your driver account.
Nothing elsewhere on our site changes this. When we describe the safety engine as “reducing detection risk”, we mean exactly that — a lower risk, not a promise of immunity. We do not guarantee your account will stay safe, and no wording on the marketing site, in support chat, or anywhere else overrides this clause.
Billing — commission-only
FlexGuru’s pricing has exactly three numbers:
- 5% — the commission we charge on a block’s published pay value when our bot grabs it and you complete the delivery.
- 3 days — the free trial during which no commission is ever charged, regardless of how many blocks you complete.
- A$20 — the referral credit we apply against future commission charges when someone you refer becomes a paying user.
There are no subscription plans, no monthly minimums, no setup fees, and no charges of any kind on weeks where the bot does not grab a block. Payment is processed by Stripe (see Section 12). Charges are posted in Australian Dollars (AUD) for AU drivers, or in your local Stripe-supported currency for drivers in other regions. Refund terms are documented separately in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use FlexGuru with someone else’s Amazon Flex account or with an account you are not authorised to operate.
- Use FlexGuru to grab blocks for resale, sub-contracting to another driver, or any other arrangement that violates Amazon’s own terms with you.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of FlexGuru’s bot engine, proxy layer, or safety engine.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute the FlexGuru dashboard, API responses, or marketing site without our written permission.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, audit logging, or any other security control on the service.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including without limitation activities that breach traffic, transport, or labour laws in your jurisdiction.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or driver eligibility when registering.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using FlexGuru at any time. Turn the bot off from the dashboard, disconnect your Amazon session from your profile page, or request full account deletion from the danger zone on the same page.
We may suspend or terminate your access with reasonable notice (or immediately, where we consider the conduct serious) if you:
- Materially breach these Terms or our acceptable-use rules.
- Use the service in a way that creates legal or safety risk for FlexGuru, our infrastructure providers, other users, or Amazon’s driver community.
- Fail to pay commission charges and dispute the charges without a credible basis.
- Provide false registration information or repeatedly bypass our security controls.
Where we suspend an account, we will email you the reason and a path to appeal. Where we terminate, we will preserve your historical block and earnings data for 90 days so you can export it via support before the soft-delete becomes permanent.
Service availability
We aim to keep FlexGuru running 24/7 but make no uptime SLA commitment to free-trial or commission-only users. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (Vercel, AWS, Upstash, Neon, IPRoyal) and on Amazon’s own driver endpoints, all of which can have outages outside our control. We publish status at status.flexguru.app.
Intellectual property
FlexGuru, the FlexGuru wordmark, the bot engine, the dashboard design, the marketing site, the safety-engine architecture, and all related code are owned by FlexGuru Pty Ltd. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own personal Amazon Flex driving. We do not grant any right to sub-licence, resell, or build derivative services on top of FlexGuru.
Block data, earnings records, and any other content you generate through your own driving remain your property. We process it on your behalf to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlexGuru and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of income, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or loss of your Amazon driver account.
For any direct loss for which liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is capped at the total commission you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or A$200, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer-protection statute.
No affiliation with Amazon
FlexGuru is independent of Amazon.com, Inc. and all of its affiliates and subsidiaries, including Amazon Logistics and Amazon Flex. We are not endorsed, sponsored, or in any way officially connected with Amazon. The names “Amazon” and “Amazon Flex” are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the platform we interoperate with.
Third-party processors
We use third-party service providers to operate FlexGuru. A full list and links to their privacy notices is in our Privacy Policy. The most relevant for billing is Stripe, which processes all card and bank payments. We do not see or store your card number; Stripe vaults that on your behalf.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will email the address on your account and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of FlexGuru after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don’t accept a change, stop using the service before the effective date.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and FlexGuru agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising under these Terms.
Before commencing any court proceedings, both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by direct negotiation — email support@flexguru.app with the words “Dispute notice” in the subject line and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 Australian business days.
Severability and assignment
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, on notice to you.
